Shams Tarin Group has initiated the construction of a refugee shelter in Torkham for individuals returning from Pakistan, in collaboration with Kabul Municipality. This enclosure, located at Pandaghali, spans a length of 4622 meters and reaches a height of 3 meters across 238.63 acres of land. The construction, facilitated by Ariana Jawhar Contracting Company (member of Shams Tarin Group of Companies), involves the installation of 2298 iron bars and pillars within a 15-day period.
